1450-1700 seems very unlikely to me for someone of your elo. I am around your elo and I can easily handle the bots around that level. Do you mean bots or real people. Bots are overrated because people naturally get better as a chess.com community, and especially during the covid19 pandemic, people did not touch grass, so they played lots of chess.com, causing them to get better ratings without updating the bots to more accurate ratings. In my opinion, the bots are overrated by about 50% on average.
