I think better was B-9g. This way you just give the Gold general for a lowly pawn.

I am going to have to resign.  I have been playing the last several moves thinking my bishop was my rook. I hve just lost a gold, and will lose either my bishop, silver, or knight on his next move. I will then be down four pieces with him about to place a pawn on 6 and a knight at 5, theatening to capture and or promote.
