but also a flying chess team for all off you find it here : http://www.chess.com/groups/home/Flying-chess-team i played in the leaques whit team Holland and saw the lower against the higher losing and so i came whit the idea for this rating system. i was the super admin in team Holland and try this system in there but a few mounths later the dont like it and its a lot of work but i like the system and there are lower and higher in the teams but that doesnt matter i did it for more fair playing whit this system ....
