Fog of War No observer Mode

Is there a way to prevent observer during a Fog of War game?

You can stop the comments though

It seems when playing certain players after a pause of 10 -15 seconds they make a couple of brilliant moves.  I resort to blocking them, but I may rethink if I want to play the variant anymore.
