Clearly Frank does not care about being active in this club, and the reason clubs like the one Hikaru runs is thriving is because of the viewer arenas he hosts at regular intervals.
I couldn't make Frank active again, but if I were a coordinator or admin or super admin, I could start events and vote chess matches and try and grow the club. Or to at least ensure that it doesn't die.
So Frank, if you see this, please start being active in your club. And if you don't want to, please let other people run it so that it doesn't die.
