The best opening is clearly the Hill Billy Gambit in response to the caro-kann

check the the analysis its says the fried liver attacker is +1.98

Now everybody is wrong. The Fried Liver is like this:

And @SpicyMcMuffin, Nxd5 isn't a bad move. It just welcomes white a trade of 3 pawns and a knight. But of course, my favourite book moves are still Fried Liver Variation and stuff. But you need to be careful playing Fried Liver Attack; it leads to a few thousand dozen Variations!

fried liver is bad if your opponent knows how to defend.

its a tricks only opening.

thats why almost no players above 2000 use it.

i also do not like it because black gets more development
