What happens is that when you drag pieces onto the board, you drag the BACKGROUND box that holds the pieces onto the board.

wow is this a new genre of chess? Blind chess? you know in chinese chess there's a blind variation where you can't see the pieces. so I think you've invented something here window7. good job!

I also play chinese chess. The blind mode isn't the same as this, as the pieces retain their powers. Here, that blind piece can't move.
