Game Analysis

I've gone ahead and annotated the vote match against Rapid Chess up to the last move made (still in progress). I'll continue editing this post as the game progresses.

Pegrin

The board is too big for my screen. I had to keep scrolling down to read the annotation.

If you right click on your desktop, then click on graphics properties might be able to change your screen's resolution to a bigger setting. If you can't I'll make the board smaller. Laughing

very complete analysis and very good one. Except for a couple of things. Move 27.Re7, you said that it has to play with all pieces. Actually, with that move is making the rook do something, and is going to let the bishops play. Because look what the bishops can do. The f2 bishop can't move easily because it disconect the rooks, and the other one it doesn't have any other good diagonal. There is fine, also waiting for the minority attack to have the d5 pawn as happened further in the game. Also this move is conceptual, because it looks to dominate the 7th rank. Maybe the following move was a bit rushed, but i don't this that earns an interrogative symbol.

Then, 31.Rc7, is not a bad move and it doesn't prisions the rook. In your analysis first of all, after 31...Nd6 white doesn't have to play Rd7. I'd prefer a4 following with the minority attack. Now, even if white plays 31.Rd7, 34.bxc6 is the bad move because resigns the material advantage. The rook has a place to go: c7. d6 doesn't because black plays Ke7 and the rook is trapped.

This are the mistakes i've clearly found from your analysis. I liked it and i think that can be very helpful for many people and specially for you. Keep doing them ;)

Check the move list dangit! I did this analysis with Rybka.

In response to your lines black would give:

When white played Re7 in the game, he should have played h4! giving the light bishop the c8-h3 diagonal.

7.g3 is a normal theoretical move. I play that always with good successes.
