Games played with Trifunovic's suggested openings .

The pawn structure after Black's 10th move is FDAV but you keep playing "your" opening.
e5 square is no longer important.Hitting Black's pawn structure is.The big positional mistake is 15.Nxf3
15.Bxf3 followed by a quick e4(as in French defense) would give you the advantage.

15.Nxe4 was a good move. You may lose the rook lift but you gain a dangerous initiative.
Try to be more open minded. These positions give a lot of posobilities , don't look only the k-side attack.
d5 and f5 breaks usually give good game.

It's closer to a reverse KID than a reverse Sicilian.See the weakness on d3(we talked about it)? After 12...Ne5 Black is better.
But you got a very nice position anyway .You could continue with an "expansion q-side" plan(Bc6-b5-a5-b4)

usually.. unless I think I have immediate tactics on the queenside.. attacking the k-side just make more sense.. Also after 12...Ne5 can white play d4?

another crazy try against d4.. btw Michael my rating higher than ever atm! Not saying tht it is definately down to the change from e4 to d4 but maybe...
I thought posting my games jst wasted ur time... and yea in the line you posted what if Black had played 5... e5?
