Anyone who knows the history of TCOF knows that the club is what it is because, back in the days of Mando’s Club, someone was rude to Owner @CDRED141 about the club being too generic. Thus, we have The Club Of Friendship. And that club is not generic.
If any club wants to stay active, it can’t just be “please join, we have Matches and VC.” All clubs have that (unless they’re dead). Many clubs are also social.
Therefore, I would like to raise a talking point: How can we develop LTAC so that it is not a generic club? What can we add to this club so that it isn’t like any other club on chess.com? We need to answer this question if we want to keep people here and get more members, as well as help this club realize it’s potential.

Post any ideas here.
