Your first answer is correct,
Your answer for Question 3.... part one is actually “Theory of Everything 2!" but I'll give it to you. Part two is answered perfectly, or almost. "Complete Theory of Everything 2 to unlock this icon!" :/
Answer to #2: Duh. There are over 100. 3 Coins in each of the levels, 1 coin for each of the 36 non-demon packs, 2 coins each for each of the 18 demon packs, and the hidden coin.* Add it up!
*This amount of coins is updated as of Update 1.9.3.

I will ask trivia questions about Geometry Dash. Correct answers win points and those points can be redeemed for prizes. First few questions:
1. What is the only GD main level in which a player can crash at 0%? I do not expect you to use Trial and Error strategy, but you could.. (Normal, 4 stars)
2. Maximum number of Secret Coins possible? (Hard, 6 stars)
3. How do you get this Icon and what is the Achievement called? (Easy, 2 stars each)
