Good to see you here Giorgio!
Giorgio's Yusupov intermediate study plan

Week 1
Games: I played more than recommended, I don't know if this is good or bad. I think I should have analyzed all my games, will try this week.
- Blitz: +5 -11 =2 | 1464 (-41)
- Rapid: +2 -5 =0 | 1574 (+15)
- I played badlyduring the week, but recovered my rating in a tournament on the weekend in which I did 7.5 / 8
- Daily: +2 -0 =0 | 1292(+14) (I started to enjoy playing daily games)
- Puzzles: 2004 (-3)
Lessons: I watched two games analyzed by GM Rafael Leitão instead of doing chess.com lessons
Yusupov book: I read the example, but I didn't take the test yet

Your plan to do a bit more analysis sounds good. I like analyzing every single game. The faster the time control the less time I spend analyzing them typically. You had a solid first week of work!

I am back.
2 years ago I finished the 12 week program, I kept playing but not studying.
It is nice to revisit this post and see that I gained some points on blitz (+115) and rapid (+279) after two years, but I believe it could be better if I countinued to study properly.
My goal with this plan is to review what I have already studied and finish the remain lessons on the first yusupov book
Day 0
- Blitz: 1620
- Rapid: 1838
- Daily: 1548
Resources:
- Tactics: CT-art on mobile
- Endgame: Silman's endgame and chess endgame for kids (this is a really nice book)
- Yusupov book 1
I made a few changes on the plan.
- Instead of 5 puzzles on chess.com I will do 20/30 minutes on CT-art.
- On day 6 I excluded the study of opening, endgame or strategy and I included them as extra credit (kind of a mix of the 2 intermediate study plans)
Day 0
Chess.com Blitz: 1505
Chess.com Rapid: 1559
Chess.com Daily: 1278
Chess.com Puzzles: 2007
