You should read the rules (The gray question mark in the top right): Stalemating yourself +20
Fair enough. I would have called that being stalemated by opponent but I'll take it.

It does look that way. Maybe it's because red moved in the interim, so green's move wasn't considered to be the move that caused stalemate?
