Group Admin

Hi All

I joined this group very recently hoping to participate in some Cumbrian group / team matches.

We appear to have an absent group admin.

Having contacted chess.com it appears that if we wish to install a new admin we need to vote on it.

I am very happy to stand for this and would welcome a 2nd admin in a shared role.

Some aims:

Grow the membership.

Initiate some team matches / vote team matches

Develop more inter group activity.

Foster inter group mentoring / learning.

Arrange some physical meet ups if interested.

I could not find any clear guidlines on this. I will contact the chess.com support team now that there are a few votes posted here to see what they say.
