My idea of this group is to collect resources to be used in improving chess play.
One of the things I have recently been looking at utilizing is Stokyo exercises. I would like to start gathering good positions to begin that type of study and ultimately would like to see a collection of related/additional resources to assist with improvement.
For example:
Stokyo exercises grouped into positions related to an opening (or multiple openings if different move orders transpose into said position) with a number of positions from various phases of the game: shortly after going out of book, some middle game and endgame positions that result from specific openings.
Tactical exercises that resulted from the given opening.
Endgame exercises (can be tactics) that might not fit the idea of a Stokyo type of position.
Another thought is to come up with a list of book resources that would assist in increasing chess skills.
