[GUIDE] Unofficial API documentation

Is there a maximum number of non-concurrent API request I can make. I seem to be limited to around 450, I have 600 members that I need to check daily results for?

I would like to be able to download games in PGN format that is kind of a mix between how chessinsights.xyz and openingtree.com does it. What I would like to download are all games (white and black) in PGN format for a particular time control class like blitz or rapid. I’d also like for this to have timestamps. Chessinsights downloads white and black with clock times but does not have filtering of time control classifications. Openintree.com allows time control class filtering but requires downloading black and white separately ... it also does not have the clock times. I’ve also noticed that if you download individual game PGNs from your archive directly on the site, you get not just the clock times but you also get timestamps. I’ve looked high and low for official api documentation but only find the unofficial guide here – and it does not mention downloading with clock times. Is there any official api documentation? If not, will there be?
