GUYS I FOUND IT *IMPORTANT FORUM* 🔴🔴🔴

Here's how to delete any forum if you're not an Admin.

Note: this only applies if there's no comment on your forum. If your forum gets commented on, this won't work. I tested this in my private club BTW. 

You can go to the forum you want to delete (important: if it doesn't get commented on)

(@NoteMaestro is my verified alt BTW)

Go to that delete button on #1 comment. It will say that the topic and comments on that forum have been deleted.
