Monthly tournament for stories? Ok! Here you go. This is saposed to be an invitation to a club by the way, but I’ll delete the club name.

Hello! You have been invited to the club The chess knights! But this is no regular invitation to a club, this is also a story! I hope you enjoy the story, and join the club!
In a small town, where the biggest thing was the tavern, lied a chess club, and four mighty warriors. These warriors were call the Dragon Slayers. Because together, they have slayed many dragons. Their identities were unknown, and so was how they got to where, and how they were. Anyway, as you walk through the tavern, you notice a man sitting at a table, with a chess board set up. He was very strong, and unique. They stood out shockingly abundantly. As you approach the man, you notice a scar on their forehead, then you have flashbacks on that scar. Like you have seen him before. But before the flashback could end, and you could know who the mysterious man was, it was interrupted by someone talking. “You want to do a chess game with me?” The man says in a deep, but booming voice. “Uhhh... sure!” You reply hesitantly. The man sets up the bard, and flips a coin. “Your black.” The man says. You And the man play about 16 games, and he wins all but one of them. Then, you hear a loud boom. “Is something exploding? It feels like an earthquake!” You say trying frantically to keep your balance. Then, it all stops. But then you feel a sudden rinse in temperature. You look up, and see fire! “Let’s get out of here, now!” You yell, trying to get the man’y attention. “No! We must stay and fight off this dragon! Do you know how to fight?” The man says, now with an even more booming voice. “Uh... kinda. I have fought people before, but never a dragon! Where’s it’s weak spot?” You say sturdy, and confidently. “It’s neck, or stomach!” The man says louder than ever. And he tosses you a spear. And it suddenly appears out of the smoke, and flame. You jump up with all your might, and hit the dragon right on the head. Nothing happens. It sprays fire on you, but the man catches you, and pours water on you. “You ok?” The man says worried. “Do I look ok to you? Good, because I am, not let’s finish this!” You both jump, but the man doesn’t jump high enough, and fall into the giant hole the dragon made. You kill the dragon, and slide down it’s neck. But you fall down, with the dragon, and the second you hit the ground, you feel nothing. But you wake up. “Where am I? Who are you?” You say frantically, and worried. “Hold on, you need to calm down.” A woman says, shocked your alive. “You fell from a very deep hole. We were nearly able to get you, and your friend Hikaru back. But it’s good that your both still alive.” You Stan up awkwardly, as you tumble towards the wall, you come to a sudden halt. “What the?” You say worried on what happened. “You need to get back onto the bed.” The woman says as you almost fall down. “You still need to heal. So you need a break from moving around. So here, have a nice, cold cup of water. You might need it. Your very dehydrated.” As you take a sip of the water, you think “This is great! Where do they get this stuff?” And right after you think that, you start to black out again. Then, you wake up feeling like you have never feel at before. And as you look at your surroundings, you notice a lot of chess boards. “Am I in a chess club?” You think. But you start walking around, and see small groups of people discussing specific chess coordinations. Then you go to the next room, and see a bunch of people playing without a timer. But as you continue on, you see people playing faster, and faster. Until you get to the ultra bullet section. You notice it’s a ten second game! “No, it’s not possible to play like that!” You think. It then, the game is over. But you go back, and ask to play a game with someone who is looking fo a hard opponent, and he has fixated their eyes on you. “Want to play me?” The guy asks confidently. “Sure!” You say a bit nervous. So you play the game, and win. And he gets all mad at you, and throws a few punches. And you just pic him up, and put him outside. Then, you go back to playing again. But just before you deliver checkmate, you feel that earthquake feeling again. But this time larger than than the last one. The only thing you can hear is screaming, yelling, and shouting. Then you look up, and see the biggest dragon you have ever seen. But just standing beside you, is your entire group of friends come to help slay this dragon. You ask them, “Are you guys the dragon slayers?” You say slightly worried, and concerned. “Yes. We are the dragon slayers, and we invite you into our guild!” A man says in a booming voice. “Yes, I would love to join!” You say eager. “Now, let’s take down this dragon, together!” The man yells. As you climb the dragon, one of them hands you a bow and arrow, saying “I think you’ll do better with this!” Hikaru yells as he throws a bot, and quiver at you. You catch both of them, get down, put the quiver on, and start shouting the dragon, slowly killing it. But then, your shoot an arrow, and then you see the woman slide down the dragon’t neck, killing it. But before she could get to the stomach of the dragon, she gets knocked off. But just before she lands on the ground, you catch her, and because of all the force she has picked up on the way down, she completely knocks you down. But she is just lying there unconscious. You get up, and continue shooting more and more around into the dragon, but then you run out of arrows. So you result to your award, and start climbing the dragon as delicately as possible. Then you get back to the matrix where she left. But you continue climbing, to find an arrow. You pick it off of the dragon. But it nearly makes a twitch when you do that. But, then you shoot it right under the jaw. Then, you take out your sword, and dagger, and start still find down the dragon, just like the woman did. And because it was so focused on the pain in it’s jaw, it doesn’t even know your there, but it gets the arrow out, and them starts falling. As you fall with it, you jump off, leaving your weapons. And because you know how to focus your weight, you try your best to be your own parachute. And the attempt is successful, and you hit the ground with a large thud, and some bleeding. But nothing serious. And you kinda struggle as you get back up. You look all around yourself, and you see only minor bleeding, and burn marks. Hikaru runs at you and gives you a big hug for a job well done. But the exit net doesn’t last long, because the girl is still dying on the ground. You and Hikaru learn her name is Mia, and you take her to the nearest clinic. She get’s fixed up, and ready for more action a few days later. And Hikaru promotes you to commander of the guild for defeating the strongest dragon. The guild has never even faced the dragon before, but with your determination, you defeated it!
