Thank you, Chris and Saeid. Until now you, guys, were the only ones who have „broke the ice”.Otherwise, Chris is right. In consequence, this weekend I'll remake the standings, considering and other parameters.Honestly, I didn’t want to upset our teammates who have lost points.These things happen all the time; maybe they had too many matches in progress or their opponents were stronger (although I always watch that ratings to be balanced as much as possible, but respecting the fair play). So next days I'll do the paperwork...
My intention was to create a group of friends, even if only virtually, although we have different nationalities, languages, beliefs or time zones.In any case, I don’t consider myself as a team leader;many of you are my superiors regarding the chess knowledges, life experiences or education.I represent rather the PR or HR department.
I think that chess it’s a sport of mind, style, class, good manners and civilization.That’s why I don’t agree warrior and malicious comments on our TM forums, or divergences with other teams.
Unfortunately, I found that almost 100 members aren’t interested at all in the group activities; they didn’t sign up in any TM(even if they didn’t fill an available spot when the roster it’s locked, but it’s matters their intention to be involved) and didn’t answer to our messages when we need help. I suppose they have accepted the invitation to join our team just being polite.
I still wait gladly any constructive critics and opinions from you, guys (less about my „English”, that it’s the favorite job of my dear fellow Costin, aka K78.)

Unfortunately, on this site, team spirit is not a very big theme for most players. Many people only join a lot of groups, just to make it easier to get games when they want to, not caring much about the team result. On the other hand, many group admins try to get as big as possible by sending lots of invites. They may climb the ladder like this, but the team gets more and more impersonal.
So my advice to you would be not too worry too much about team members who do not contribute much to the team, you will always have that.
On the other hand, don't try to get too big as a team, just keep trying to get interesting matches against other teams like us, and every once in a while also against the 'big ones'
And , last but not least, NEVER change the background of this page, I LOVE the black cat !!!!
Wow.. thanks Tinkerbell for posting and tracking the records of our games. Glad that i made it to the top 5 and be a help for the success of our group in team matches.

Multiple groups have attempted to recruit me since I joined, but seriously, le Chat Noir is all I need! Thanks to Tinkerbell and staff for putting together an incredible team! Unfortunately, I think I'm in the hall of shame right now... -1 :(
Between friends it's no such thing as hall of shame, Michael.We all have better and worse times.The only problem would be to have always bad times...

There's nothing wrong with 9 of 21. If you're not afraid to play people better than you, you'll lose more games. If you always play people around your same ranking you should win about 50%. 9 of 21 is only 1.5 shy of 50% and nothing to be lol-ing at. If you constantly crush noobs, that's nothing to brag about either.

Guys, guys, don’t be quarrelsome cats ...I will say as the wise King Solomon said: each of you is right in his own way. It’s true, some our teammates have lost more than won; however, was to appreciated their availability to be involved in the team effort. On the other side, weak results in an extended period of time may damage the work of other colleagues who get good results. Myself I’m pretty stressed out when I play team games because I know that one single defeat from me it’s enough for the entire team match to be lost and thus the wins of others to be useless. It’s important that each of us to analyze honestly his work and to join in those matches where he can contribute most, so this way the entire team to achieve a good result. But above all we shouldn’t forget that we’re a team, we’re friends and we need to support each other, to stand side by side, in any circumstances, starting from the premise that we all are people of good faith and responsible for what we do.
By making this top, in any case wasn’t my intention to upset someone, but only to get an idea about those who are the best of us; logically, it's better to have more wins than losses, but however I thought I should highlight the results of all, so we can organize better in the future.
In another train of thoughts, dear friend night-star, it’s certain that Costin (K78) knows about this top, after all he was the founder of this team and still he’s superadmin;this classification isn’t necessarily to be made by somebody from the team staff, but also by someone with patience, dedication and some time off
…I admit that I have worked a few hours and I have remade the calculations to avoid make mistakes to any my teammates…and neither wasn't my own idea, I saw to other teams…
In the end, I want to thank all colleagues who make comments relevant and professional on the team forum;sometimes I feel that I'm just me with my echo…

I understood completely. I have two points to make.
1. The fact is, winning games increases your rating. Eventually that rating will be so high that you can only be matched with other high rated players and losses will be inevitable. Since you feel that team matches are completely different than "matches for fun," this would imply that you would need to take losses for "fun" in order to win more for the team. And that's fine, but to me, that just seems ridiculous.
2. Losses don't necessarily mean that you didn't help out the team. Simply joining a match helps ALL of your teammates rated lower than you by moving everyone down one level and matching them up with lower rated opponents. This allows all of your teammates below you better odds of winning, while you take on the higher rated opponent. In a sense, in each team match you join, you "take a hit for the team" by taking on an opponent that your lower rated teammates would have had to deal with otherwise.
Anyway, chess is a game and it is a fun game but it is only a game, so don't take it too seriously, and please don't lol at your teammates, because it's not nice, and they have feelings too.
My dear friends, really, I don't want to see you upset.I'm sure that nobody wanted to hurt anyone's feelings; however, if that happened, it was unintentionally and I present my apologies to anyone who feels hurt.I don’t want the chess to become a cause of grief, disappointment or anger (sometimes, for this we have our job, relatives, car, traffic or friends from our real life, at least in my case).Let’s be different from other teams who disagree on irrelevant issues. It was just a misunderstanding and I'm sure that our star and our tiger have reconciled.

I am a novice in team, but I had a very nice feeling with Le Chat Noir (my first and, I hope, only team). So I think we should support each other and don't struggle for a "silly" matter like a classificatio, I think the main purpose is to have fun with chess and try to learn with my competitors and wiyh my teammates.
