In a chess vibes video, he talks about the win rates for the halloween gambit - The graph shown below is at the end of the video (They are lichess ratings). For all ratings, the win rates were near 50%, peaking at 55% for 1600 lichess.org or about 1250 chess.com (both blitz). You can compare ratings here
Theory
In the halloween gambit, two moves (Nc6 and Ng6) are played most of the time. However, here are some sidelines, played around 5-10% of the time.
The two main lines:
Nc6
Ng6

Conclusion
The halloween gambit is unsound, but playable. Feel free to post good games you have in the opening in the forum
