Compare the power usage of a home and a EV power station?

The numbers I heard were pretty large, I looked but thought they were too big to be true.

Power consumption for operating a home with three drivers of different EV cars, versus three drivers of gas-powered cars against the electrical grid in a state like California that has rolling blackouts already. I would think these types of questions which are not ideologically driven but are simply math would matter! Per month what does it cost the grid?
