Hate this opening against 1.e4

Which opening response do you hate the most against e4? 

1. e5, Nf6, Nc6 - the usual boring one

2. c5 - Sicilian 

3. d6, g6 - Kings Indian Setup 

4. d5 - Scandinavian defense

I hate this Kings Indian setup!
