Have a question

I would post this in the help and support club but no members often check there. I cant play any rapid or blitz games when I want to for the first time in forever.... I also can't see anybody else playing any as well. 

Is this happening to anybody else? Oh and I also have to close and reopen the website to load one notification

Have you tried deleting cookies and caches?

Can you post a screen recording, please? At this point, it's kind of impossible to figure out what's going on.

How could I get restricted when I never played?
