Talking to Okabe-kun in person, it seems like he is joining, but he never responds to my messages online. I invited him to this group, but he has not joined yet.
If he does not join, we will need to find another board 4. You could try talking to him and see if he answers.
In any case, the tournament is not officially up on the NCS website yet, so let's not worry too much. It could still be canceled due to Covid (though I think that is unlikely).

A couple things. First: board order. I am proposing the following:
Board 1: Scott
Board 2: Suzuki
Board 3: Wakamori
Board 4: Okabe
Let me know if you think this is a good board order for our team.
Second: We need a leader/spokesperson who speaks Japanese well (not me!). Any volunteers?
Third: Team name. "Team Nagoya" is okay, but not so exciting. Any ideas for a better name?
