I'm a daily chess player (the one control that fits best in my life schedule). I am also a correspondence via postcard chess player. While I have not had the opportunity to play in an OTB-rated match (the nearest chess club to me is approx. 2 hours away), I host a casual monthly OTB meet-up as part of my community programming for work.
I hope to connect with more women chess players, not just the parasocial relationship of professionals and hobbyists as experienced on Twitch. I'm here for the game and the community. I also hope to have more meaningful games.
