Help, My Games History and Ratings Are Gone/Have Been Reset

If you look below the last game played it shows the correct ratings, but something about that game and the server reset changed everything after.

Chess.com may got an error in the servers. i don't know why it'd so that.
It's crazy, all of it is just... gone. No 4pc history at all. All stats/ratings reset. 2pc looks the same (I never play it though).
Beware everyone, if this starts happening to you it could spell disaster...

Sorry to hear about that. Hope your ratings will get restored to you in a couple of days.
Hi, it was Game 37480685. One of the players was live streaming on Twitch, the server reset twice, and by the time I got reconnected it had awarded me the win but treated me like I was new, making my ratings 1500 + 96 for the win. It erased all prior games and ratings. Is there a way to reset back to before this game occurred?

Aha, mankhustk. I never experienced this in my history of 1 year. Some codes must have been changed during the server restart and your rating must have been accidently set to 1500.

I has 2519 Rating in 4PC In this game was a Server problem and becose of it i forfeits in the time after that game i have 1500 rating??? 😪😪

I also wrote an email to support and they answered me that they are working on it and i have to b3 patient and wait.

I'm still waiting to see if mine can be restored, so be patient Vintores. I really hope there is a fix, this would spell disaster if this becomes a common occurrence. This whole site is set up on ratings; imagine throwing them out the window and playing not knowing if this could be the last time you have before yours gets reset. Please help Admins!
The server disconnected during my last game, now when I log in there is no history of the 8000+ games I've played and all of my ratings are missing. Can someone help me get my history/ratings back?
