Well you don't have to be rude about it....
imo
1) Use the 2017 uscf rating estimator. Use your opponents uscf online ratings for appropriate time control(onl blitz, onl quick, onl regular), go to their tournament history to find most recent one.
2) Average your current rating with the new estimated rating.
3) The final result will be accurate to +-5 pts.
