Hey, Vsauce, Josh here or am I really here? If you think about it where is here? Does a here even exist? What point is here? Does anything even exist? Well first let’ see what a here is. A here is a thing that specifies a place, but it is not a thing, it doesn’t even exist. It’s only information. Now, what is information(in a mathematical/geometric sense)? Information is something like the intersection of the scissors. The intersection moved up when you use it and down when you retract it. To prove that information does not exist let’s say we have a scissors which is a light year long. We use it and the intersection goes a light year in probably 4 seconds which passes the speed of light which means it does not exist. We have now the explanation of here we can explain if you’re here or not. Here is an information and since here is something that is not connected to a point/line unlike the scissors it can’t move which means when you say here it goes away immediately because the earth is moving with us. And to add when we say here we need to be in the exact spot, exact measurement, exact particle, exact atom! So this means you can’t really define here because it just keeps on moving and it is too precise to even be here.
