Pretty interesting use of knight riders - they very rarely work in normal FFA positions, yet here they would fit well. A pretty good concept and position, it will have to be refined nevertheless.
how awful is it?

Yeah, the idea is really unique, but could use some changes. Currently, promoting too early is just suicide, and all players must be pretty high-level in order to reach a stage where promotion is on the table. Maybe less powerful pieces overall would be interesting, although I agree that knight-riders should stay. Name suggestions will have to wait until the position is finalized ig

Sorry, I don't have the energy for a screenshot, for me it's a long process. Anyway, I played this game a couple times in the car with comfuters and myself at times. I actually really enjoyed it, but at the same time it seems like an awful position. The ideas i wanted to use were the no royal unless you wanted one for koth, and using your strong pieces to link up to help your weaker ones. I wanted the game to be about scoring the most points and for everyone to always still be alive (with a pawn and a big piece, you can still checkmate all three players). Feel free to use this for your own stuff or offer suggestions for this. thanks!
