How better chess helps you in bullet/hyper

Well knowing more chess strategies can help you save time cause you can see tactics or ideas faster. You can also premove more because you know all the ideas in that position~

you mean you need some knowledge of chess, slow chess, to be able to be good at bullet huh? that's obvious but I'm better at faster time controls and dunno why

Maybe we can talk about another teory in this area. Sometimes many weak moves run fine in Bullet and ultra bullet?!

Ultra Bullet is new era from chess in my vision. I think that whoever has mastered the ultra bullet is a special class of players, I believe it is totally different from conventional chess. Often bad moves cannot be punished in a short time, because people are used to playing too fast, forgetting to think.
