#EDIT time constraint will be 5|1 (blitz/rapid)
random players
it makes no sense and is unfair to give pieces to random players.
Btw why does it say that in your profile you have another account that has the same background and the same description?

i think what he means is 2 teams 2 boards 8 players so if i capture a piece on board1 then the piece goes to a random player on my team on board 2.
4 player chess bughouse would be 8 players, two teams of 4, and captured pieces go to the same colour on the other board. Or FFA would still be pairs, but when you capture it turns to the colour of your partner on the other board ready to be dropped.
Just saying "4 player bughouse.." bughouse is normally 4 players.
I say that there would be 16 players for FFA, that being 4 of each color on four teams with four boards. When one is checkmated, the team that gave the checkmate gains a point. This could go on until one board is finished, and whoever gets the most points by then wins. In case of tie, the team out of the ones that tied with the most living players wins. If there is again a tie, the team with the most scored points(by taking prices) in total wins. If there is yet again a tie I believe that everyone(except for the players not included in the tie) get a draw. The reason why I suggest the game not ending after one checkmate is so that the game continues for longer, since bughouse already ends pretty quick anyway. Say you are red and you capture a blue piece, then that piece is given to your blue teammate so that he/she can place it. I also do believe there could be other ways to play 4-way bughouse because there are already plenty of other variants of 4-way chess. Is teams mode, there should be 8 players on two boards in two teams, with 1 of each color on each team on the two boards. Again partners should be on opposite sides of the board. So team A could be red and yellow on board 1 and blue and green on board 2 for example. Captured pieces should still be given to the person on your team with the matching color. Why I add the color idea is because that is how normal bughouse is played. Overall I believe that 4-way bug house would be a great game of skill, planning, and, as in every chess game modded or not, a bit of luck.
two groups play four player chess. Captured pieces go to random players
