I'm sorry the first two reponses you got were so rude.
I'm not entirely sure I understand your question, though. What exactly do you mean by "join World League"? World League is a Daily Chess tournament between national teams, so the way to get to play World League games is to sign up for the World League matches that your national team are playing. It is a requirement, however, that you have played at least 10 rated games of Daily Chess, so that's the first thing you need to do. I have personally sent you a challenge so as to help you get started.
I can tell from your profile that you are a member of Team China. Team China plays World League matches, so once you have completed 10 rated games of Daily Chess, you can register for Team China's World League matches.
I can see, however, that you are playing under the flag of Bahrain, so you could also apply for membership of Team Bahrain. Team Bahrain does not play World League matches at the moment, but perhaps you could suggest that they start doing so? That would not be until the 2024 tournament, however, so if you wish to play in this year's tournament, you should join Team China's matches.
Finally: Within a single season, you can only represent one team in the World League, so if you do get Team Bahrain to participate in the 2024 World League, you will need to choose to play for either Team China or Team Bahrain in that tournament; you can't play for both.

@NikolajHK, Team Bahrain was not participating in the World League, and despite that, we can support the Bahraini team in the coming years to participate and appear, especially since we have a team that includes players who have played more than 10 matches on a daily basis.
