I'm a CM IRL. but 2000 Chess.com
How come you dint have it on ur account?
Ok the forum title is a bit deceiving, i didnt know how ti explain it in the title:
how come that like there are IM’s on chess.com that are like 2400 but some are 3000+ and yet they all have the same title? (IM was just an example, also ive seen 2900 FM player and 2700 IM player but IM is better than FM)
Some people just find it more fun to play online and don't want to play OTB. Plus titled players could think it's not really profitable to reach another rank, e.g. CM is a trainer and for reaching FM he will have to give up his training career for some time and work mostly on his game, will it really be worth it?

Probably, he hasn't verified his account
FIDE titles are earned OTB (over the board) at different times in different places. Imagine a 70 years old NM that earned his title in 1974 and hasn't played much chess after and came back to it recently. You can't expect him to be rated 3000 online for many reeasons. It also depends where you earned your title. Some people earn it in Ouzbekistan (difficult), others in Belize (easier) because it depends of who you're facing to earn the title. If you score at least 50% out of 7 games at an Olympiad just once playing for Fiji (not many local rivals to claim the spot so easier to participate in the Olympiad) and only play opponents that came from a small country jet lagged and sleep deprived well again it could be considered an easy way to gain a FIDE title. Also, some titled players are old and don't have the same capacities as before. Some don't care much about online chess and prefer to shine OTB. Some are simply not that good and barely above expert players.
This would be the detailed and precise answer for your question, @Planet_CHESS0344
