I found it when I wanted to play against a computer so I googled "chess computer". The chess.com computer came up. I played the computer a bunch of times and then saw all of the things you could do on chess.com so I joined.

A friend told me about it.
I heard my friend say chess.com, so I went on.
I had a friend who was fairly good at chess. Sometimes I beat him; sometimes he beat me. Then, his rating skyrocketed. I've never been able to beat him again. I asked how he had managed it, and he recommended chess.com. I said I'd keep it in mind. I created an account; then practically forgot about it. One year later, another friend had similar results from chess.com. I decided to check it out again, and now I'm on all the time!
