i would go to the puzzle page. It helped me alot because you get to see other options than what you would have normally taken. It offers you different ideas. It makes one realize you may be making a strong move but is it the absolute best move.
How do i get better at spotting attacks?

practice puzzles, use the checklist( any checks , captures or attacks?)
these two strategies carried me to 1200

don't leave pieces defended by pawns in front of your king. If you do, ppl can trade off those pieces and get direct access to your king. you will probably save yourself a lot of games just by doing this

Study classical games, especially miniatures.
This is the best advice here, but the guy who posted the question lacks clarity. He probably isn't wanting to launch attacks, but spot more specifically aggressive combinations which result in checkmate or colossal loss of material. Quite often even instructional materials fail to differentiate between tactics, combinations, and checkmate.
I lose a lot by failing to spot attacks and i want help from other players
