How Do You Advance Up Leagues?

Hello Chess.com players! I was just wondering how to advance leagues. I advanced from Wood Division to Stone Division. I was thinking it was because of my puzzles, games, or tournaments. I am not sure why I advanced. Can someone please explain?

You earn trophies for winning games. 15 for Rapid, 9 for Blitz, and 5 for Bullet. Finish in the top spots and you get promoted. I sadly don't think the league system has any purpose at the moment

Playing games or puzzle battles earn you pints and advance you leagues if you a) play often enough and b) get to the top spots of your league

A new round starts every Monday if you have enough league points you advance to the next division at the beginning of the week
