how do you destroy the Caro Kann defense it’s so hard to beat

There are many good openings to try and crush the Caro-Kann

1. The Tal Variation

2. Unorthodox Reply

This doesn't do much but at least you have open lines and the light-squared fortress isn't as good anymor

3. Fantasy variation

It's a good opening to just stop black from getting what he wants

I recommend to watch some videos on these openings

But even thought the fantasy stops what black wants, it doesnt give white advantage
