How does US Chess Track Cheating Tournament Directors?

US Chess tracks unexpected/underperforming performances and has checks for players that are from a different area than the other players in an event
There may be other checks, that I'm not aware of, but it's not something that a TD would get away with for very long and once caught, the events would be invalidated, the TD would lose their certification, and the player would likely be banned.

Most people (like me) check my USCF profile every 15 minutes after a tournament 😃 so its really hard to get away with that stuff.
If TD's can submit tournaments to USCF, couldn't they just submit a tournament where they Input that they beat multiple GM's and gained 700 Rating points? Or even at a less noticable level, they play multiple higher rated players and beat them all? How does US Chess track that?
What kind of bizarre paranoia prompted this question?

Terrible Nightmare that some td put me in a fake tournament that lost me all my rating.

Wow, what a bad dream. I have seen how TDs input the data and there are indeed checks and safeguards against extreme performances. For example, someone in a recent tournament I played in accidentally got put in as 3/3, beating an 1850 (he is rated 1200), but he had really lost this game and should have had 2/3. This mistake was caught due to the system reporting a higher than normal performance. Our TD didn't do it on purpose(and it wasn't his rating that was messed up), but the checks still ensured a correct result.
