There is many brilliant moves that I would not consider brilliant. For example
Well you are attacking two pawns and about to move your rooks to the central files and there isn't anything he can do about it. That is better than some I've seen called brilliant.
But yeah the brilliancy metrics were changed around a year or so ago and they made it much easier to get a brilliant move.

chess.com made Brilliant in game report easier; now to get a Brilliant move you only need to find a "good sacrifice" - your move is good because it opens the central files and white is still winning, but the "sacrifice" is that the a1 Rook is hanging.
