well, sometimes people could be super good at chess unnaturally but you need to have enough evidence to find that some player cheated.

When and how will we begin to play?

The first division matches will start Wednesday, January 11 at 11 a.m. New York Time with later division matches starting at 1:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m. and 9 p.m.  The players are usually the top masters in each city joined by a few GM free agents in some teams.  You'll be able to watch the games in Live Chess, and there will also be commentary on chess.com TV.

@SAGM001,

I believe the same or similarly advanced anti-cheating software used by Chess.com will be employed in the @PROChessleague. In addition, league approved "arbiters" might be present at the playing sites when the stakes get higher.

The agreement players have to sign to be in the league has strong anti-cheating language, as well as strong anti-accusations of cheating language. So not only are they concerned with cheating, as they should be, but they are also concerned with unfounded allegations, which is a very good thing, in my opinion.
