How long before the API updates?

Man, I'm trying to run a series of tournaments in real time. The fact that it doesn't update for everyone evenly is really annoying.

It's been more than 12 hours, and it still isn't showing up.
We played mr-bullet-3534725 about an hour ago.
It should show up in my tournament list
but it hasn't appeared.
