How to become an admin + admin duties

If anyone would like to become an admin, all they have to do is ask and give a role they would like to fill. I took a few of these jobs from the Chess Lab Admin group because I thought they were good ones.

Here are some jobs (if anyone has an addition or correction, please tell me)

1. Match Coordinators/ Promoters

    This position  is for admins who want to create matches for our team and influences members to join team matches. Also, please make sure there are not more than 10 matches happening at one time unless we have +1000 members.

2. Vote Chess Coordinators/ Promoters

    This position is for admins who want coordinate our vote matches and also encourage members to join in our vote chess games for team learning. Also, please make sure there are not more than 10 vote chess games happening at one time unless we have +1000 members.

3. Chess Puzzle Designers

    This is for admins who enjoy creating chess puzzles for members to learn chess by solving puzzles.

4. Inviters

In order to grow and spread the good news of  the Chess Nutcases, we will need people to invite others. One of the most effective ways I have found to do this is to go to the forums and click on someone that made an intelligent comment. Invite them to the group and then invite their most active friend (Unless they are a titled player. We do not have a shot with them yet. If anyone would like to try, be my guest though.) Click on their most active friend and invite their most active friend. Rinse and repeat until you reach the end of the chain. You should invite 10-30 active people a day so we can become humongous.
