How to follow players in Live Chess

Greg has just pointed out that if you type

/follow Hikaru

into the Game Chat in Live Chess, it will automatically take you to each of Hikaru Nakamura's game as they start.  You can follow as many players as you like, and you will see a tab for each game below the board on the left of your screen.  Just click on each tab to go to that game.

Dear TorontoDragons, so many thanks for all you are doing in order to help us fans following the PRO Chess League---thank you indeed!  

I tried, what you write ("/follow SultanOfKings", for ex.), but get an error: "Unable to follow SultanOfKings". :-( 

What am I doing wrong here?

Is SultanOfKings (Jon Ludvig Hammer) online?  The follow command will only work on Wednesdays while the games in the League are in progress.
