How to get this club better?

How do we get this club better? Some ARMY clubs are already very high in members, so how do they do that? Can someone help me get this club better, I will try to post as much as possible.

hmm well the members have to be active and talk in the memos everyday, and the club itself has to make its own system

and of course, i'll try to post some forums and news about kpop and bts
