How to improve at team 4PC once you've mastered the basics?

I'm generally rated around 1900 in team 4PC, and I've picked up the basics of openings and tactics, but I'm struggling to improve past this point. The guides I've found online are all geared towards brand new people just learning the rules: use the arrows, open aggressively, don't allow check, etc. Does anyone have tips for how a moderately proficient player can improve to a 2000+ rating, or know of a guide/youtube video on the subject?

Most of the content is for the Old Standard setup, but the principles and method to think still apply to every other setup.

Double fianchetto is a good option to play to get up to around 2100

in ffa yes not in teams though if you did that in teams youd get mated by move 5

Even in FFA its still extremely revealing and sometimes wastes opening moves
