How to make this group better?

I believe our main problem in the vote games are that we dont have enough members playing in them,and we are way out ranked in them. Most of the other teams have 2000+ players playing in vote chess. And in our team matches we need more players in them.I think that the key in team matches and the vote chess is for us the admins to keep sendind out invites,and as the team grows we will also grow and get better,and thanks for posting.

That doesn't explain why we gave up a queen though against world chess players but I totally agree with you.
