He took the time to write genuine feedback. Rather than say, "thank you for the feedback" and "well, this was our reasoning for this... or that... ", you just fire back a one-liner at his character. Nothing about his substance of issues.

When v3 was changed so that members could select "Friends" only could post and read notes that was good.
The move counter bad. Time-out ratio bad. Staff members posting in blogs forums with out being able to be blocked bad.
Staff members "Mods" should be under the same rules as paying members.
At one time v2 had a rule that non-paid members could only play a certain number of games at once 10 I believe now they can play an unlimited number.
