playing fast is just playing fast tbh
How to play fast?

How do you play fast? I need help I always(mainly) get flagged in 15|10. So help me
Funny my time situation is usually 20 vs 2 in this time control

play an opening you already know really well and blitz through it
Then I get flagged in middle game, also HOW DO YOU CALCULATE FAST

do puzzle rush and tactics to speed up your vision, and just in general play moves you know are good instead of spending too much time looking for the best move

get premove

It depends on the format, but i guess the only tip that i know that can help you with your time in any format that colorfulcake hasn't already mentioned is to just play bullet atleast 5 games a day. Because Practice Makes Perfect. (tho i don't recommend playing more than 20 games of bullet a day, 1st of all: you will tilt like me, second of all its just not a good idea bc the more u play in a single day the worst u get that day, although this is all just my experience) you could also mix that bullet with blitz and play bullet 5 - 20 games a day and blitz 5 - 10 games a day
i hope i gave a good tip and didn't mess up your gameplay, sorry if i did tho be reminded this is like my first tip so don't make fun of me if im wrong lol i kinda fear that would happen

Just play fast
thatts another tip
@snow great tip you're bettter than motorcyclenus CAR-elsen

This is a problem for many players (usually less experienced players as more patterns come with experience), but your current bullet and blitz ratings are over 2000 @TheSwissPhoenix
If you really are getting flagged in 15/10 a lot, then I doubt it is because you can't premove or move quickly. It is probably because you lose track of time on the clock or because you get into bad positions during longer time control games. Whichever it is, you might have more success looking at the problem from that perspective instead of a problem of flagging.
If you lose track of the time, then try to be more aware of clock management. If your positions are worse in longer time controls, then play more solid positions where you shouldn't become worse or similarly, learn how to make small improvements to your current positions before deciding to launch another plan (like a King hunt, or opening a file). The best players in the world seem to get everything working together harmoniously over the chess board.
