How to use the "&pgn=" parameter to enter a PGN in the chess.com/analysis address bar?

I see that this parameter exists, and may allow for a PGN to be entered directly into the address bar, however I don't know how the PGN needs to be re-formatted to be address bar compatible. 

For my purposes, I can ONLY enter a PGN via the address bar and not the "PGN paste" field on the webpage. Is anyone familiar with how a PGN must be formatted for this parameter to work?

It probably requires to be encoded as valid URL. There are tools online, eg urlencoder.org was Google’s first hit for me.
