I start each morning with one really slow CT problem. That has bumped my CT(Standard)-rating quite a lot.

What do you mean by a "really slow CT problem"? I know CT but do not know the "slow" part :-)
Oh, spending 5x "the average time spent" pn each problem

I see, a more concentrated visualization. Sometimes I do that with tactic puzzles after the fact, maybe playing the position against the computer to reinforce all the various "angles". I always need to strengthen my visualization powers of counting and what pieces to use in what sequence during combinations... :-)
