I start each morning with one really slow CT problem. That has bumped my CT(Standard)-rating quite a lot.
I see, a more concentrated visualization. Sometimes I do that with tactic puzzles after the fact, maybe playing the position against the computer to reinforce all the various "angles". I always need to strengthen my visualization powers of counting and what pieces to use in what sequence during combinations... :-)
